doodle

Over winter break, I did more drawing than I ever expected to--a total of about three sessions. Miraculous, isn't it? Besides the Grinch, I have these little doodles. They're from an awesome book I bought for my children, called my first 1000 words (or something), in a Disney version. What's neat is that all of these everyday objects have been Disney-ized so that they are a little more cartoonish, and most everything is wonky or has rounded corners. But what a great exercise, to draw these simple little objects. Maybe over summer break I'll have time to try it again.
